If the Join channel ID is greater than 5 digits, there are connection problems to the server.

However, if I use one of the old channels with a 3-digit id, there are no problems.

Some questions: Do you use an imported identity? yes or no? Do you use the bot with enabled query mode or not?

no the query mode is not active and i do not use an imported identity.
