Currently we support java/openjdk versions from 7-11.

We now implement additional support for java 17 and newer.

This will come with an updated:

- TS3musicbot_runscript.sh

- Additional TS3MusicBotLauncher2.jar which will work for java 17+ only.

- Additional TS3musicbot.jar which works for java 17+ only.

So in the end we build 2 launchers and maintain 2 TS3MusicBot.jar files, one for java 7-11 and the second one for java 17+.
