Webbrowser

For me, the web browser doesn't work under "Media Browser"... when I click "Start WebBrowser," it says "Loading Webbrowser. Please Wait" for a while, but nothing happens and I'm taken back to the beginning where I have to click "Start WebBrowser." I tried it on both my PC and my laptop.
