Save Settings without Restart Bot

Currently it is not possible to save Musicbot settings without the bot restarting. 

Why is that? There should be no problem in changing the Name or the default channel without reconnecting to the teamspeak each time.

We do perform a full setting reload on configuration save. This also includes restarting the player and client sub process. This is how our base configuration works since the beginning. However, we have already some points on our todo list, to prevent unneccessary restarts on configuration saves, like the client or player process. Its possible to get it reload on the fly, but it needs some changes and testing. We will do this in the near future.

Settings and advanced query settings now save without restart of the whole bot. A few settings do perform specific process restarts, bur most of the settings now save directly. Client and query name edits now also change directly. The changes are currently released on the beta version. So make sure you start your bot with the "-beta" argument.
